SANITON WARRANTY INFORMATION

Saniton provides the following warranty for all Saniton products under normal residential use:

The above limited warranty is provided against defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use.

 

If a defect is found in normal residential use, Saniton will, at its discretion, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where our inspection discloses any such defects as occurring in normal usage within the warranty period. Saniton is not responsible for labor/transport charges, servicing charges, removal or installation, or other incidental or consequential costs other than those noted above.

 

This warranty is to the original consumer purchaser only, and excludes product damage due to wear and tear, accident, intentional or negligent act, modification or improper repair, installation error, product abuse or product misuse, whether performed by a contractor, plumber, service company, or the consumer. Improper care, maintenance or cleaning will void the warranty.

 

Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of bathroom accessories over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.

 

The limited warranty for Touchless Flush Fittings shall also exclude: problems arising from insufficient water pressure, improper modification/disassembling or repair, product surface damage, incorrect power supplied, inferior battery, maintenance and installation charges and component costs which are not specified.

 

Saniton will not be responsible for any other incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product, all of which are expressly excluded from this limited warranty. This limited warranty does not cover any liability for consequential or incidental damages, all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed, or the extension beyond the duration of this limited warranty or any implied limited warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for an intended purpose. This limited warranty will not be valid due to damage caused by force majeure or natural disasters, especially but not limited to floods or fires. In no event will Saniton be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any building materials, including but not limited to tiles, marble etc.

 

SANITON Limited Warranty for Third Party Products
All warranty for third-party products sold by Saniton shall be in accordance to the warranty provided by the third-party seller.

 

SANITON Warranty for Products Used Commercially
All warranty for products sold for commercial/project use shall be in accordance to our sales quotation/contract.

 

Warranty Claims under Normal Residential Use

There is no need to register for warranty. To obtain warranty service, please contact us using our contact information provided on this website. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Proof of purchase (original sales invoice) must be provided to Saniton with all warranty claims. Saniton will not be liable to repair any product of unknown origin without proof of purchase.

 

Consumers will be charged transportation and/or service fee for any misidentification of product or fault that does not fall under warranty coverage. Transportation fee will also be charged for subsequent service request if the consumer is absent on the original agreed service date.

 

Saniton reserves the right to request for the consumer to return the faulty product for inspection or repair if the product is small and portable. Transportation fee will apply if the consumer requires the faulty product to be collected by Saniton instead.
